I'm not sure what's better: the Fire Magic grill and cover we bought or the customer service. The grill and cover were received just days after ordering. The salesman was available to answer our questions about installation of the grill - even on the weekend! We've grilled several times in the last week and no longer have to worry about the grill getting hot enough or the burners not lighting when the ignitor is used. Couldn't be happier with this experience.
