I recently purchased a used Fire Magic grill from an individual in St. Petersburg that needed a little TLC. I hoped that I would be able to find parts for it,I think it's about 15 years old. I went to the FireMagicstore.com online and found pages and pages of parts and supplies. I also found the contact telephone number and to my pleasant surprise, when I called it, an actual person answered. I wasn't transferred to another number or an out of country call center, I wasn't put on hold,I was actually able to ask this gentleman questions and determine what part I needed.The part wasn't out of stock or back ordered and I received the part two days later via Priority Mail. Customer service, FireMagicstore knows the definition, I wish more companies operated this way. Thank you, Richard

I truly can't believe that Fire Magic Store delivered our grill grates in 2 DAYS! I didn't know what to order, they assisted me, and then sent me the EXACT grates needed. Our grill was purchased almost 15 yrs ago.... (prior owners to the house- it's a built in). I am SO HAPPY to have these in time for Father's Day. I was expecting to wait 2-4 weeks, who would know they would come in 2 days?? My husband will be truly ecstatic about this. Thank you so much FireMagic! Kate

I bought my Monarch grill in 2005 for my father who has since passed. I decided to fix it up in his honor and continue to use the grill as he would have. I remember how pleased he was with the first steak I helped him cook using the searing feature. This compamy has been so helpful in restoring the grill to a good cooking status I can't even say. I truly appreciate the purchase now, almost as much as the day my father smiled at me when we cooked the very first food on it and he bragged to neighbors of his new grill. Thank you so much for all you have done!!!
