I've had my aurora natural gas fed grill for about 1 1/2 years. Temperature control has been excellent and it gets hot enough for a nice sear on steaks and finishing ribs.

Phone rang twice late Friday afternoon and a real person picked up! What a nice surprise! The tech called the factory to get answers to a few questions and immediately called me back. Excellent customer service!

The Fire Magic Store is exceptional. I had an issue with my Echelon 790i burners. They advocated for me with the Peterson company and now I have two new burners. They also have provided other replacement parts at very reasonable prices.
