In 2007, I purchased a Fire Magic 36 Monarch Magnum grill. Recently, my ignition switch failed and I went online to find a part. Lacking any general handyman skills, I was a bit concerned about my ability to fix the problem (even if I found the right part). However, I was blessed to find Fire Magic Store in my online search. I called during the off hours and spoke with the owner, Lloyd. Lloyd generously offered me advice, coached me through the install, and answered all of my dumb questions. Customer service is far too rare in our society. So, when exceptional customer service is received, it should be recognized. Today I placed an order for 4 grill knobs. I made a comment online requesting quick service if possible. Within minutes I was provided with the USPS tracking number. By this evening, I can already see expected delivery date on the USPS site.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your professionalism and customer service. You have certainly made an impression on this customer. Thank you for a job well done.
