Lifetime Warranty
Cast stainless steel burners, Choice stainless steel U-shaped burners, Fire Magic Diamond Sear cooking grids, stainless steel rod cooking grids, and stainless steel housings are warranted for as long as you own your grill.
Fifteen-Year Warranty
Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain components including ovens and barbecue faces, and backburner assemblies are warranted for fifteen years. Ignition systems are excluded from backburner assembly coverage.
Ten-Year Warranty
Electric grill stainless steel cooking grids and housings are warranted for ten years. Gourmet griddles and pizza ovens are also warranted for ten years, excluding ignition systems and electronic parts.
Five-Year Warranty
Flavor Grids, infrared burners installed in the grill, and stainless steel charcoal grills are warranted for five years. Charcoal pans, charcoal grids, thermometers, and ash trays are warranted for one year.
Three-Year Warranty
Fire Magic side burners, Electric Outdoor Induction Cookers, and all other Fire Magic grill, gourmet griddle, and pizza oven components are warranted for three years, excluding ignition systems and electrical parts.
One-Year Warranty
Fire Magic ignition systems, excluding batteries, electronic components including lights and thermometers, and grill, gourmet griddle, and pizza oven accessories are warranted for one year.
Fire Magic Refrigeration Limited Warranty
One-Year Warranty
Fire Magic electric accessories are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase.
Fire Magic Multi-User Grills and Accessories Limited Warranty
This limited warranty applies when a Fire Magic grill is used in a multi-user setting, including apartment complexes, multi-family dwelling complexes, schools, hotels, fire stations, police stations, and similar locations.
This warranty does not apply to restaurants or settings where grill use is primarily commercial.
Five-Year Limited Warranty
Fire Magic stainless steel grill housings, burners, stainless steel rod cooking grids, brass valves, inner liners, and manifold assemblies are warranted for five years.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Fire Magic exterior Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) grill island systems are warranted for one year.
One-Year Limited Warranty
All other components, excluding batteries, are warranted for one year.

Lifetime Warranty
American Outdoor Grill stainless steel housings and stainless steel burners are warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill.
Fifteen-Year Warranty
American Outdoor Grill Diamond Sear stainless steel cooking grids are warranted for fifteen years.
Ten-Year Warranty
American Outdoor Grill valves, controls, and manifolds are warranted for ten years.
Three-Year Warranty
American Outdoor Grill backburners, rotisserie kits, vaporizer panels, and exterior Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) grill island systems are warranted for three years.
Two-Year Warranty
American Outdoor Grill ignition systems, excluding batteries, electronic components, grill parts, and accessories, including side burners, motors, and thermometers, are warranted for two years.
American Outdoor Grill Multi-User Warranty
American Outdoor Grill offers a Multi-User Warranty for qualifying shared-use outdoor cooking installations, including apartments, amenity areas, hotels, resorts, guest spaces, schools, public facilities, and other qualifying non-restaurant shared-use environments.
Four-Year Warranty
American Outdoor Grill stainless steel grill and vent hood housings, burners, stainless steel cooking grids, and inner liners are warranted for four years.
Three-Year Warranty
American Outdoor Grill brass valves and manifold assemblies are warranted for three years.
One-Year Warranty
American Outdoor Grill exterior Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) grill island systems, where applicable, are warranted for one year.
90-Day Warranty
All other covered components, excluding batteries, are warranted for 90 days.
Multi-User Warranty Eligibility
The Multi-User Warranty applies to qualifying shared-use environments and excludes restaurants and primarily commercial-use applications. Installation and warranty requirements should be confirmed according to American Outdoor Grill's current warranty terms.
