Fire Magic 2-Stage Propane Regulator and Hose for Portable Grills, model 5110-15, replaces a worn or damaged LP gas supply assembly to help restore steady propane flow and consistent burner performance. The complete assembly includes a two-stage propane regulator and an attached 24-inch hose with a 1/2-inch connection fitting.

A two-stage regulator reduces the high pressure from the propane tank in two controlled steps. The first stage lowers the tank pressure to an intermediate level, while the second stage reduces it to the operating pressure required by the grill. This process helps provide a stable, properly regulated gas supply for reliable burner operation.

This regulator and hose assembly is designed for 30-inch, 36-inch, and 48-inch Fire Magic propane grills only. Compatible grills include Regal 2, Monarch, and Elite models made before 2008, along with Echelon and Aurora models made from 2008 to current production. It can be used with compatible portable cart grills and properly configured built-in LP grills. Older grills may require a 3/8-inch to 1/2-inch adapter fitting.

For a built-in installation, a stainless steel flex connector must be installed between the grill and the regulator assembly. Do not connect this regulator hose directly to a built-in grill. This assembly is intended for propane gas only and must not be used with a natural gas appliance.

Replacement may be needed if the original hose is cracked, brittle, kinked, weathered, or damaged, or if its fittings show signs of wear. Weak, uneven, or fluctuating flames may also indicate that the regulator is no longer maintaining steady pressure. If a propane odor or leak is suspected, shut off the fuel supply and discontinue use until the system has been inspected. Installing a new assembly helps restore dependable LP gas pressure, safer fuel delivery, and consistent grilling performance.
