The Fire Magic A540i-7 30-Inch Aurora Built-In Gas Grill combines premium outdoor cooking performance with a compact design suited for custom grill islands. Constructed from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel, it features a 30-inch x 18-inch primary cooking surface with 540 square inches of grilling space and a 30-inch x 8-inch adjustable warming rack that adds 240 square inches. An angled analog thermometer in the hood provides clear temperature readings up to 1,000°F.

Three cast stainless steel “E” burners produce a combined 63,000 BTUs, providing independent heat control across multiple cooking zones. Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids increase contact with food for efficient heat transfer and defined sear marks, while heavy-gauge stainless steel Flavor Grids promote even heating, reduce flare-ups, and vaporize drippings to enhance flavor. Additional conveniences include back-lit control knobs, interior halogen lighting, a spring-assisted 90-degree hood, and reliable Push-to-Light hot surface ignition.

Designed for built-in outdoor kitchens, the A540i requires a 32-inch wide x 19½-inch deep x 11½-inch high cutout and is available for natural gas or propane. A 120VAC plug-in electrical connection is required to operate the ignition, illuminated controls, and interior lights, so a properly grounded outdoor GFCI receptacle must be located near the grill. No 240-volt circuit is required.

Fifteen-Year Warranty
Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain components including ovens and barbecue faces, and backburner assemblies are warranted for fifteen years. Ignition systems are excluded from backburner assembly coverage.

Ten-Year Warranty
Electric grill stainless steel cooking grids and housings are warranted for ten years. Gourmet griddles and pizza ovens are also warranted for ten years, excluding ignition systems and electronic parts.

Five-Year Warranty
