The Fire Magic C650i-RT1 36-Inch Choice Built-In Gas Grill delivers dependable performance and durable construction for a custom outdoor kitchen. Built from 304 stainless steel, this three-burner grill offers a 36-inch x 18-inch primary cooking surface with 648 square inches of grilling space. A dual-position 36-inch x 8-inch warming rack adds another 288 square inches, while the angled hood-mounted analog thermometer provides easy temperature monitoring up to 1,000°F.
Three heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless steel U-shaped burners produce a combined 69,000 BTUs for consistent heat across the cooking surface. Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids increase contact with food for efficient heat transfer and defined sear marks, while stainless steel Flavor Grids distribute heat evenly, reduce flare-ups, and vaporize drippings to enhance flavor. A spring-assisted hood provides convenient access, and the reliable turn-to-light ignition system simplifies burner operation.
Designed for built-in installation, the C650i-RT1 requires a 37¾-inch wide x 19½-inch deep x 11½-inch high cutout and is available as C650i-RT1N for natural gas or C650i-RT1P for propane. The ignition system requires no electrical outlet, power cord, plug, or batteries, so there are no amperage requirements or electrical connections to plan into the island.
