The Fire Magic E790i 36-Inch Echelon Diamond Built-In Gas Grill with Digital Thermometer, model family E790i-9, delivers flagship performance and advanced control for premium outdoor kitchens. Constructed from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel with a modern black glass control panel, this three-burner grill offers a spacious 36-inch x 22-inch primary cooking surface with 792 square inches of grilling space. A 36-inch x 8-inch adjustable warming rack provides an additional 288 square inches for indirect cooking and keeping finished food warm.

Three cast stainless steel “E” burners produce a combined 90,000 BTUs, while heavy-gauge stainless steel Flavor Grids distribute heat evenly, help reduce flare-ups, and vaporize drippings to enhance flavor. Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids increase contact with food for faster heat transfer and defined sear marks. The digital touchscreen meat and grill thermometer provides precise temperature monitoring with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity, while the recessed 13,000 BTU backburner powers the included heavy-duty rotisserie system. Back-lit control knobs, angled interior halogen lights, and Push-to-Light hot surface ignition provide dependable operation day or night.

Designed for built-in installation, the E790i requires a 37-inch wide x 23½-inch deep x 11½-inch high cutout and is available in natural gas or propane configurations. Select models are available with a factory-installed infrared sear burner replacing the left standard burner, and an optional Magic View Window allows food to be monitored without opening the hood. The grill requires a 120V AC plug-in electrical supply with a 12-volt transformer for the ignition, digital thermometer, back-lit controls, interior lights, and rotisserie motor. No 240-volt circuit or specialty plug is required.

Fifteen-Year Warranty
Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain components including ovens and barbecue faces, and backburner assemblies are warranted for fifteen years. Ignition systems are excluded from backburner assembly coverage.

Ten-Year Warranty
Electric grill stainless steel cooking grids and housings are warranted for ten years. Gourmet griddles and pizza ovens are also warranted for ten years, excluding ignition systems and electronic parts.
