The Fire Magic E790i-9EAN 36-Inch Echelon Diamond Portable Gas Grill pairs the premium E790i grill head with the 790-SC24 stainless steel portable cart to create a complete outdoor cooking station. Built from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel, it offers a spacious 36-inch x 22-inch primary cooking surface with 792 square inches of grilling space and a 36-inch x 8-inch adjustable warming rack. Unlike the digital E790i, this model features a traditional hood-mounted analog thermometer that measures temperatures up to 1,000°F, making it ideal for grillers who prefer straightforward temperature monitoring without touchscreen, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi controls.
Three cast stainless steel “E” burners deliver 90,000 BTUs of powerful, evenly distributed heat across Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids. Heavy-gauge stainless steel Flavor Grids help reduce flare-ups, distribute heat, and vaporize drippings to enhance flavor. A recessed 13,000 BTU infrared backburner and heavy-duty rotisserie kit expand the grill’s versatility, while Push-to-Light hot surface ignition, back-lit control knobs, and angled interior halogen lights provide dependable starts and excellent visibility during evening cooking.
The portable cart includes soft-close double drawers, a soft-close storage door, and fold-down twin side shelves for preparation and storage. Model E790i-9EAN is configured for natural gas and requires the 5110-03 natural gas quick-disconnect hose, sold separately; the propane version uses a “P” suffix and requires hose 5110-15. The ignition and lighting systems require a 120VAC, 15-amp minimum grounded outdoor GFCI receptacle with a weatherproof in-use cover. A grounded three-prong connection is used, so no 240-volt or specialty electrical plug is required.

Lifetime Warranty
Cast stainless steel burners, Choice stainless steel U-shaped burners, Fire Magic Diamond Sear cooking grids, stainless steel rod cooking grids, and stainless steel housings are warranted for as long as you own your grill.
Fifteen-Year Warranty
Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain components including ovens and barbecue faces, and backburner assemblies are warranted for fifteen years. Ignition systems are excluded from backburner assembly coverage.
Ten-Year Warranty
Electric grill stainless steel cooking grids and housings are warranted for ten years. Gourmet griddles and pizza ovens are also warranted for ten years, excluding ignition systems and electronic parts.
Five-Year Warranty
Flavor Grids, infrared burners installed in the grill, and stainless steel charcoal grills are warranted for five years. Charcoal pans, charcoal grids, thermometers, and ash trays are warranted for one year.
Three-Year Warranty
Fire Magic side burners, Electric Outdoor Induction Cookers, and all other Fire Magic grill, gourmet griddle, and pizza oven components are warranted for three years, excluding ignition systems and electrical parts.
One-Year Warranty
Fire Magic ignition systems, excluding batteries, electronic components including lights and thermometers, and grill, gourmet griddle, and pizza oven accessories are warranted for one year.
