The Fire Magic E1060i 48-Inch Echelon Diamond Built-In Gas Grill with Analog Thermometer delivers flagship Fire Magic performance for large outdoor kitchens and serious entertainers. Built from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel, this four-burner grill provides a massive 48-inch x 22-inch primary cooking surface with 1,056 square inches of grilling space, along with a 48-inch x 8-inch adjustable warming rack offering an additional 344 square inches. Unlike the digital E1060i, this analog version uses a traditional hood-mounted thermometer that measures temperatures up to 1,000°F and does not include touchscreen, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi controls.

Four cast stainless steel “E” burners produce a combined 112,000 BTUs, supported by heavy-gauge stainless steel Flavor Grids that distribute heat evenly, reduce flare-ups, and vaporize drippings for added flavor. Fire Magic’s patented Diamond Sear cooking grids provide greater contact with food for faster heat transfer and defined sear marks. Two recessed high-performance backburners produce a combined 22,000 BTUs for the included heavy-duty rotisserie system, while Push-to-Light hot surface ignition, back-lit control knobs, and angled interior halogen lights provide dependable starts and clear visibility after dark. Select configurations are also available with a factory-installed infrared sear burner and an optional Magic View Window.

Designed for built-in outdoor kitchen installations, the E1060i requires a 50-inch wide x 23½-inch deep x 11½-inch high cutout and is available for natural gas or propane. The ignition, interior lighting, back-lit controls, and rotisserie motor require a nearby 120VAC, 15-amp minimum grounded GFCI receptacle with a weatherproof in-use cover. The grill uses a standard grounded three-prong plug, so no 240-volt circuit or specialty plug is required; the outdoor receptacle is not included.
