The Fire Magic E660i-1T4 Echelon Black Glass Portable Gourmet Griddle combines restaurant-style outdoor cooking with the flexibility of the 660-SC24 stainless steel cart. Its expansive 30-inch x 18-inch cooking surface provides 540 square inches of space for preparing breakfast, smash burgers, fajitas, fried rice, vegetables, and more. The heavy-duty 3/8-inch-thick stainless steel griddle surface is designed for long-term, warp-resistant performance, while the modern black glass control panel gives the unit a refined Echelon appearance.
Two heavy-duty stainless steel burners deliver a combined 45,000 BTUs and provide independent heat control for versatile two-zone cooking. Back-lit control knobs and 120VAC/12-volt hot surface ignition provide convenient operation, while a two-piece grease collection trough directs excess grease into the removable drip pan for easier cleanup. A fitted stainless steel cover is included to protect the cooking surface when the griddle is not in use.
The 660-SC24 portable cart includes soft-close double drawers, a soft-close storage door, fold-down twin side shelves, and an LP tank holder, with an optional sliding tank tray available separately. The griddle is offered in natural gas as model E660i-1T4N or propane as model E660i-1T4P; gas connection hoses are sold separately, using model 5110-03 for natural gas or 5110-15 for propane. A 120VAC electrical connection is required for the ignition and back-lit controls. No 240-volt circuit is required.
Includes cart grill base (660-24SC) to convert 2024 Fire Magic 36-inch gas grills to portable models.

Lifetime Warranty Cast stainless steel burners, Choice stainless steel U-shaped burners, Fire Magic Diamond Sear cooking grids, stainless steel rod cooking grids, and stainless steel housings are warranted for as long as you own your grill.
Fifteen-Year Warranty Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain components including ovens and barbecue faces, and backburner assemblies are warranted for fifteen years. Ignition systems are excluded from backburner assembly coverage.
Ten-Year Warranty Electric grill stainless steel cooking grids and housings are warranted for ten years. Gourmet griddles and pizza ovens are also warranted for ten years, excluding ignition systems and electronic parts.
Five-Year Warranty Flavor Grids, infrared burners installed in the grill, and stainless steel charcoal grills are warranted for five years. Charcoal pans, charcoal grids, thermometers, and ash trays are warranted for one year.
Three-Year Warranty Fire Magic side burners, Electric Outdoor Induction Cookers, and all other Fire Magic grill, gourmet griddle, and pizza oven components are warranted for three years, excluding ignition systems and electrical parts.
One-Year Warranty Fire Magic ignition systems, excluding batteries, electronic components including lights and thermometers, and grill, gourmet griddle, and pizza oven accessories are warranted for one year.
