The Fire Magic Echelon Portable Outdoor Pizza Oven brings the styling and performance of the Echelon Series into a flexible outdoor cooking setup for spaces that do not call for a permanent built-in installation. This portable configuration is based on Fire Magic model 5660 and requires the 660-SC24 portable cart grill base, which is sold separately, to create a freestanding unit.
At the center of the oven is an 18” x 18” cordierite pizza stone with a removable stone tray, along with an 18¼” x 18¼” baking rack and a 36,000 BTU burner system. The digital touchscreen provides temperature indication and thermostatic control from 150° to 700°, while integrated smart technology supports smartphone operation and probe-based temperature monitoring. A 3-layer dome with an adjustable vent cap, ceramic glass oven door with gravity latch, and interior light help make the oven well suited for artisan-style pizza, baking, broiling, and more.
The Fire Magic portable cart grill base features soft-close double drawers, a soft-close access door, fold-down twin side shelves, and a tank ring holder. This setup gives the oven a more versatile footprint for patios and outdoor living spaces while keeping the same premium Echelon cooking features.
